Burger Palace is looking for an energetic and professional Shift Manager to lead our high-velocity kitchen and service teams. You will be the heartbeat of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring that every guest receives a "craveable" experience through speed, quality, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities

• check_circleOversee daily operations, including food prep, inventory, and point-of-sale management.
• check_circleDirectly manage a team of 10-15 crew members, providing real-time coaching and support.
• check_circleEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with Smith Group standards.
• check_circleOptimize drive-thru and counter speed of service to meet aggressive QSR benchmarks.
• check_circleResolve guest concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• Valid Food Handler's Certification
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
